Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping cost and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
We will always try to send your order as soon as possible. We are committed to dispatching orders within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). This time must be added to the time of the selected shipment or the options available for your destination. Please understand we are not responsible for delays that the transport company may have, but if your order is taking longer than expected, don’t hesitate to contact us, we will try to help you sort the issue.
Worldwide Shipping
If after entering your address you don’t see any shipping options, contact us at hello@notebookwallet.com indicating where you want to receive your order and we will indicate the available shipping methods and costs and we will enable them at checkout so you can place your order.
We are working on improving our logistics to offer faster and cheaper shipping to our customers worldwide.
Customs Fees
Notebook Wallet will not be responsible for any taxes, customs and duties charged to a customer.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
We’re strict with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, please contact us within 15 days of delivery, and we will send you a new one or we will send you a refund, shipping included (what you prefer) once we verify the condition.
If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), or wish to return an unwanted gift, please contact hello@notebookwallet.com as we would love to help you refund your purchase if returned within 30 days of delivery. There are a few things to note: the return shipping isn’t covered and refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to us before contacting, it wont be accepted.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds will be issued in the next 7 business days from receiving your product.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted in your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
